CANCELLATION POLICY
A 20% cancellation fee is required for any appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled service time. This includes no-shows and same-day cancellations. This policy is in place to protect reserved appointment time, as each service is reserved exclusively for you. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in requiring full prepayment or deposit-only booking for future appointments.
